PERCH WITH LEMON 
1 1/3 lbs. perch fillets
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Lemon wedges

Arrange fish in a single layer in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine next 6 ingredients in a 1 quart glass bowl. Pour over fish. Cover with heavy duty plastic wrap and vent to allow steam to escape. Microwave at high for 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedges when serving. Yield: 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
