PORK CHOPS 
3 pork chips
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. uncooked rice
Chili sauce
1/2 env. onion soup mix

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Trim chops; sprinkle with salt and pepper and brown well. Spread bottom of 13 x 9 baking dish with the rice. Top rice with browned chops. On each chop add a heaping teaspoon of chili sauce. Stir in onion soup and mix with 1 1/4 cup of water. Bring to a boil then pour into baking dish. Bake covered for 1 hour.
