PORK CHOPS 
8 pork chops
2 sm. onions, thinly sliced
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
Butter for frying
2 c. raw rice
1 tsp. minced parsley
3 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Season, flour chops and fry in small amount fat. Remove when browned. Place in well greased baking dish. Fry onions until brown. Remove and cover chops. Fry mushrooms. Add to chops. Fry mushrooms. Add to chops over onions. Add washed, uncooked rice, parsley and cover all with milk mixed with Worcestershire sauce. Cover baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 8.
