3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Hershey cocoa
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/ c. water or milk

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, and a small amount of the water until pasty. Then gradually add the rest of the water. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add mixture to butter, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat until thickens, like gravy.
