CARROT CAKE | |
3 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 c. vegetable oil 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. flour 2 c. grated carrots 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. drained crushed pineapple Mix the first three ingredients until smooth. Add the nest four ingredients combined. Now add the next three ingredients one at a time. Mix well together all ingredients. NOTE: No other liquid is necessary. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Serve with whipped cream topping or just plain. |
