TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs

Melt in saucepan and bring to a boil the first three ingredients. In mixer bowl put next 4 ingredients. Pour hot chocolate mixture over this and beat with mixer. Add sour cream and eggs, then beat. Bake in 9"x15" pan that has been greased and floured at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts

Boil first three ingredients. Mix in one box of powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla and chopped nuts. Pour over cake while still hot.
