1/4 lb. butter
3 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Simmer butter, milk and cocoa; add confectioners' sugar, chopped nuts and vanilla. Spread over cake while warm.
