TEXAS SHEET CAKE III 
2 sticks (1 c.) butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 pt. (1 c.) sour cream with 1 tsp. baking soda mixed in

ICING:

1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 lb. confectioners' sugar (1 complete box)
1 c. chopped nuts

Bring to a boil butter, water and cocoa; pour in bowl and add flour, sugar and salt. Beat well; add eggs, sour cream and mix well. Pour batter into a greased 12"x18" cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. DO NOT overbake.

ICING: Combine butter, milk and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add sugar, vanilla and nuts. Spread on warm cake.
