1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. box powdered sugar

Mix first three ingredients together and press in 13"x9" pan. Mix the remaining three ingredients together until smooth and pour over cake mixture. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
