HUMMING BIRD CAKE 
3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 mashed bananas
2 c. chopped nuts

Place dry ingredients in large bowl; add all other ingredients and stir until well mixed. Do not beat! Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Combine ingredients, creaming by hand. Spread over cake.
