3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapples with juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. ripe bananas, diced

Cream together oil and sugar; sift dry ingredients together and add. Add eggs and beat until smooth, add fruit and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 inch tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Set aside to cool on rack without removing from the pan. Dust with powdered sugar.
