25 MINUTE MEAT LOAF 
MEAT LOAF:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. instant onion
1 lg. egg
1 c. bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Combine all ingredients as for meat loaf, then shape into 8 oval loaves. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Spoon off excess grease.

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients for sauce and pour over meat loaves and bake for 5 minutes at 450 degrees.
