1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 egg
Onion
1 c. tomato juice
3/4 c. oatmeal
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. salt

Mix all together and bake 1 hour.

SAUCE FOR MEAT LOAF:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix together and spread over meat loaf before baking.
