BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 to 10 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
6 slices white or wheat bread, cubed
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 lb. sausages, browned, drained & crumbled
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix together all ingredients and put in a 9 x 12 inch casserole. Refrigerate 12 hours (THIS IS A MUST). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Good served with a fresh fruit salad and muffins. This recipe has become a tradition for my family on Christmas morning.
