HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
24 oz. shredded raw potatoes, or thawed hash browns
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/8 c. wheat germ
Salt and pepper to taste

Bake all ingredients at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. (Calories per 2 c. = 200)
