SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. red pepper
2 (16 oz.) cans stewed or Italian tomatoes
2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1 lg. can tomato paste
1/2 lb. smoked sausage, thinly sliced

Saute chuck until done; add onions, garlic and sausage. Add remaining ingredients plus 1 cup of water; bring to a boil. Lower fire to simmer and cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve over spaghetti. Makes enough sauce for 6 or 8 servings. Can be made in advance and frozen.
