ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 lbs. ground beef (lean)
2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Italian cheese
2 tsp. sweet basil
1 med. onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced) or 1 tsp. onion powder

Brown beef and add all the above ingredients. Use very large Dutch oven.

4 sm. (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
4 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Water to thin
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix above ingredients in with browned beef. Simmer 2 to 3 hours. Can be divided and frozen in containers for future use.
