SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 lg. can tomato puree
1 med. onion
1 sm. green pepper
1/2 stick pepperoni, sliced thin
Oregano
Bay leaf
Garlic powder
Parsley
Crushed red pepper
Parmesan cheese

Combine sauce, puree, onion, pepper and pepperoni and add the spices to taste, simmer on low heat for 1 to 2 hours. Serve with pasta. Freezes well.
