CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. cubed, boiled egg
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. low-calorie mayonnaise

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Stir in mayonnaise.
