CHICKEN SALAD SUPREME 
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. finely chopped pimento
1/4 c. finely chopped black olives
Soft rolls

In a large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients together with a fork until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon chicken salad on rolls; wrap and pack for lunch. Makes 6 servings.
