MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 c. chile powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. oregano
Dash pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 1/2 c. Frito corn chips, coarsely crushed

Brown meat, garlic and onion. Mix with rest of the ingredients. Fill casserole dish and cover with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until browned and bubbly at edges. Serves 4 to 6.
