PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 lb. loaf of bread dough
Melted butter
1 stick of pepperoni
1/4 c. grated cheese
Parsley
Pepper
1/2 lb. sliced Provolone cheese
2 eggs

Thaw loaf (if frozen). Knead dough, then roll out to rectangular shape. Prepare beaten eggs with grated cheese, parsley and pepper.

Brush some melted butter on dough, spread some egg and cheese mixture, next place pepperoni all over dough and layer cheese on top. Save remaining egg mixture for top once bread is folded. Fold dough over side to side then seal ends over. Brush top with remaining egg mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
