PEPPERONI BREAD | |
2 loaves frozen white bread 1/2 - 1 lb. Provolone cheese, thin sliced 1/2 lb. pepperoni EGG MIXTURE: 3 eggs 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 3 tsp. oregano Thaw bread; flatten into rectangle on greased cookie sheet. Mix egg mixture; brush 1/4 of the mixture on flattened loaves. Layer pepperoni and Provolone. Roll dough tightly, pinch ends and seal. Lay seam side down. Brush remaining egg mixture on bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. |
