PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
2 pepperonis, shredded
3 eggs
Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. Bridgford frozen bread dough
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Rolling pin

Defrost frozen dough. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs well. Add Parmesan cheese to make a paste. Use 1/2 of loaves, knead bread and roll to a rectangle shape. Spread egg and cheese paste mixture over rectangle dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and pepperoni (generously) on top of egg and cheese mixture. Roll dough like a jelly roll.

Pinch ends together and seam closed. Sprinkle top with garlic powder and onion powder. Bake between 20-25 minutes. Reminder. These ingredients are for 1/2 of frozen loaf of Bridgford Dough.
