SCALLOPED CORN SUPREME | |
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn 1 c. milk 1 egg, well beaten 1 c. cracker crumbs 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped 3 tbsp. pimento, chopped 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs Heat corn and milk. Stir in egg. Add cracker crumbs, the pimento and onion are optional. Mix well; pour into greased 8 inch baking dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. |
