STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. milk
Hot parslied noodles

Brown meat in butter. Add onion, mushrooms and seasonings; cook until tender. Add cream cheese and milk; continue cooking, stirring until cheese melts. Serve over hot noodles. Serves 4.
