CORN BEEF HASH 
1/2 can corn beef
1 med. boiled potato
2 to 3 green onions
1 sm. green pepper (optional)
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Dice refrigerated corn beef, and boiled potato. Dice onion and green pepper. Add beaten egg, seasonings to taste, and mix. Spray skillet or small oven safe dish. Fry or bake at 350 degrees until egg is set. Serves two. If serving several people, add 1 can of drained whole kernel corn and rest of can of corn beef and another boiled potato plus additional eggs. Serve with picante sauce.
