3 c. diced raw potatoes
1 green pepper, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 can corned beef
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in large bowl (by hand). Put in casserole. Pour 1 cup hot water over top. Cover. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.
