CORNED BEEF HASH | |
6 tbsp. butter 3/4 c. chopped onion 4 tbsp. flour 3 c. diced potatoes 1 can corned beef Salt and pepper to taste 2 cans Milnot Saute onions in butter on medium-high. Add flour, stir constantly until dark yellow. Add Milnot until gravy is thin enough. Boil potatoes (firm not mushy), drain. Add potatoes and corned beef to gravy. Cut corned beef into chunks. Add water to thin. Serve over warm biscuits or toast. |
