STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. raw rice
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. ketchup
4 carrots, peeled, cut in 3 inch pieces
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water

Wash green peppers; drain.

Combine meat, rice, water, onion, 1/4 cup ketchup. Mix well and stuff peppers 2/3 full. Arrange in pot with carrot pieces. Pour in 1 cup ketchup mixed with water. Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours (high 3 hours).
