BARBECUE BEEF SANDWICHES 
3 lbs. boneless chuck roast
1 sm. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, cut up
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. water
1 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients, but meat, in a large bowl. Stir. Put meat in a roaster. Pour the liquid over the meat. Bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours, covered. Separate all meat with a fork. Serve on buns.
