LEBANESE STUFFED SQUASH 
Yellow squash (about 12 to 15)

FILLING:

1 lb. ground round steak
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain rice, uncooked
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lg. can tomato juice

Trim necks off squash; hollow inside out with an apple corer. Mix filling ingredients together, stuff inside squash loosely (about 3/4 full). Place upright in pan; pour tomato juice over all. Cook until tender.
