VERY EASY CARROT CAKE | |
2 lg. eggs 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 c. honey 1/2 c. yogurt 2 c. whole wheat flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. carrots, grated Break eggs; whisk. Add oil, honey and yogurt; mix. Add flour and stir. Add baking soda, salt and cinnamon; add carrots. Grease a 9 inch ring mold. Add batter; bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. |
