EGG NOODLES 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
2 - 2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Mix egg, milk and salt. Add flour. Dough will be stiff. Roll on floured surface, let stand 20 minutes. Roll up loosely, slice thinly. Let dry 2 hours before cooking.
