EGG NOODLES 
3 egg yolks
1 whole egg
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. cold water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Beat egg yolks, egg, salt and water. Add flour, mix well. Add baking powder, mix well. Put on floured surface, divide into 2 pieces. Roll each piece very thin, turn over onto flour. Roll again, sprinkle with flour. Cut into narrow strips. Cook in rapidly boiling broth. Cover and cook slowly without lifting lid for 15 minutes.
