VERMONT CHICKEN 
9 pieces of chicken (remove skin)
1 1/2 c. unseasoned bread crumbs
3/4 c. maple syrup
1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp. water
1/2 c. flour

Spray bottom of large baking pan with Pam or lightly coat with oil. Dip skinless chicken into egg mixture then flour. Place maple syrup in bowl and dredge chicken through it. Dip chicken into bread crumbs next. Place all chicken in pan and into 375 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until done. Occasionally drizzle syrup over chicken as cooking. Serves 6.
