VERMONT MAPLE CUSTARD 
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. maple syrup
Pinch of salt
2 c. milk

Add maple syrup to beaten eggs and beat well. Blend in the milk and salt. Pour into individual baking cups and place them in a pan of water and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
