2 c. vanilla ice milk
4 tsp. finely ground amaretto flavored coffee
4 tbsp. amaretto or other almond flavored liqueur

Scoop ice milk into four individual parfait glasses. Sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon coffee. Spoon 1 tablespoon amaretto over each. Serve immediately.
