PECAN BRITTLE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 c. white corn syrup
2 c. pecans

Boil sugar, water and syrup 4 minutes, then add pecans. Cook until forms a hard thread. Remove from heat, add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon paraffin. Pour out on baking pan and pull out nuts with fork.
