NESTLE'S QUICK CAKE

2 c. cake flour
2 c. sugar

Sift flour and sugar together in a large bowl. In saucepan bring to a boil:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 tbsp. Nestle's Quick
1 c. water

Pour mixture over flour and sugar, mix at low speed and add:

2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake in prepared 16 x 20 for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

NESTLE'S QUICK CAKE FILLING:

Bring to a boil:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. Nestle's Quick
6 tsp. buttermilk

Remove from heat and add:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
