APRICOT SNOWBALLS 
8 oz. pkg. apricots
1 sm. can coconut
2/3 c. pecans
1 tbsp. orange juice
4 tsp. powdered sugar

Grind together the apricots, coconut and pecans through food chopper and add the orange juice and powdered sugar last. Shape into small balls the size of a walnut. Roll in granulated sugar and store in tightly covered container to season (about 2 weeks). Will keep for months.
