NEVER FAIL CHOCOLATE ICING 
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sweet milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil and boil rapidly for 2 minutes; time carefully, counting from beginning of full boil. Stir constantly. Remove from stove; add vanilla. Beat until creamy, which does not take long.
