1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. quick oatmeal
2 tsp. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Preheat foil in oven to 325- 350 degrees. Drop by spoonfuls 2 inches apart on foil. Cook about 10 minutes. Pull foil out and let cookies cool on foil.
