ONION RINGS 
3 lg. onions
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut onions. Melt and set aside butter. Sift together flour, salt and pepper. Beat eggs until fluffy. Blend in milk and Worcestershire sauce. Blend in butter. Blend all ingredients just until smooth. Add to onions. Mix well. Fry 2 to 3 minutes.

FOR SMALL AMOUNTS:

1 lg. onion
1 1/2 tsp. butter
5/8 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 egg
5/8 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
