CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM 
5 eggs
4-5 squares of chocolate
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. half & half
1 pt. heavy cream
1 can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

Heat milk, cream and half and half until chocolate is melted. Add beaten eggs and cook for one minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool and then freeze in ice cream freezer.
