CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM 
2 sq. Hershey's baking chocolate
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Melt the baking chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water. Add the condensed milk and stir over boiling water for 5 minutes. Add the water and blend well. Cool, then add vanilla. Fold in stiffly whipped cream. Pour into a chilled pan (8x8x2 inches) and place in freezer and freeze. Serve individually with fancy wafers. Yield: 6 servings.
