TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter (melted)
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla ice cream

TOPPING:

Hershey's Chocolate Shoppe Topping

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8-inch pie plate. In small mixer bowl, beat eggs; blend in sugar and butter. Mix flour, cocoa and salt; add to egg mixture, beating until blended. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla.

Spread batter in pie plate. Bake 35 minutes or until set (pie will not test done in center). Cool completely. Cut in wedges. Serve with ice cream and topping. Yield: 6-8 servings.
