TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla ice cream

TOPPING:

Hershey's chocolate syrup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 inch pie plate. In small mixer bowl, beat eggs; blend in sugar and butter. In separate bowl, stir together flour, cocoa and salt; add to egg mixture, beating until blended. Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, and vanilla. Spread batter into prepared pie plate. Bake 35 minutes or until set (pie will not get done in center). Cool completely; cut into wedges. Serve with ice cream, top with your favorite hershey's syrup. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
