ONE DISH MEAL | |
1-1 1/2 lb. ground chuck 1/4 c. ketchup 1 lg. can English peas, drained 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped Enough grated cheese for top, Cheddar Salt & pepper Brown meat. Cook macaroni while meat browns. Add ketchup, stewed tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce to meat. Simmer for 15 minutes. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Pour drained peas on top of meat. Place macaroni on top of peas. Add grated cheese on top. Place in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. |
