TONI'S SIMPLE AND CHEAP PARTY
PIZZA BALLS

This is an outstanding recipe! These pizza balls work great for children's parties and can even be adjusted to fit adult parties as well, no matter how elegant or tailgated it may be.

1 large baking sheet
3 cans buttermilk refrigerator biscuits (Pillsbury)
2 (6 oz. ea.) bags Hormel pepperoni slices
1 large block mozzarella cheese
1 jar pre-sliced jalapenos (optional)

SERVE WITH:

pizza sauce, for dipping
creamy ranch salad dressing (optional)
blue cheese salad dressing (optional)

Slice cheese into small cubes and place aside for later use.

Flatten biscuits individually on baking sheet without touching each other (Adjustment for kids: Allow kids to flatten biscuits using cans as rolling pins).

Place on slice of pepperoni on each biscuit (Indulge: Eat some pepperoni, you will have plenty to spare!)

Place one small cube of mozzarella on top of each pepperoni/biscuit tower (Allow the kids to do this, they will love it and enjoy the nibbles they get).

Optional: Add slice of jalapeno to each biscuit/pepperoni/cheese tower.

Wrap each biscuit/cheese/pepperoni combo into a small ball (Tip: close pepperoni and cheese into biscuits, make sure they just look like small balls of dough).

Place each biscuit 1-inch apart, so as not to touch.

Place baking tray into oven and bake according to biscuit package directions. Remove when biscuits are golden brown.

Place pizza sauce and/or salad dressings into their own sauce bowls.

Serve, dip and have fun! Enjoy!
